Alternative Dispute Resolution reduces complications that overcrowd the courts-Minister Noah

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Assistant Justice Minister for Administration and Public Safety says the need for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanism cannot be overemphasized.

Minister Edrick Noah said:” Dispute resolution is aimed at reducing complications that have led to the overcrowding of courts.”

Speaking on behalf of Justice Minister, Musa Dean, Minister Noah said the mechanism will also compliment justice.

Minister Noah said:” Rebuilding the confidence of ordinary Liberians in the Judicial System will be more engaging and less expensive.”

He spoke Wednesday, November 11, 2020, at the start of a two-day stakeholders’ consultative meeting on alternative dispute resolution under the theme: Improving Access to Justice.
