Aggrieved Staffer of the Judiciary sets himself ablaze…

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-One of the aggrieved Staffers of the Judiciary on Monday, November 2, 2020, set himself ablaze on the grounds of the Temple of Justice.

Archie Ponpon, along with other staffers, who has been staging series of protests at the Temple of Justice in demand of their Liberian Dollar salaries allegedly cut from them by the Judiciary.

According to ELBC Judiciary Reporter, Mr. Ponpon was rescued by some individuals who poured water on him to extinguish the fire.

Mr. Ponpon got major burn on his face, hands and outer parts of his body.

He is repeatedly receiving treatment at a local hospital in Monrovia.
