Pres. George Weah concludes two major projects inspection

MONROVIA LIBERIA – Liberia’s Chief Executive, George Weah, has concluded inspection of two major projects in District 2, Margibi County.

The projects include the Du River Bridge and the Roberts International Airport’s Rehabilitation and Expansion.

According to ELBC Lower Margibi County Correspondent, the bridge project is put at one hundred twenty five thousand United States Dollars and is supported by the China Union Social Development.

Our Correspondent also noted that the bridge project was initiated by Margibi County District Two Representative, Ivar Jones, with assistance from residents of the District.

Making remarks during the climax of the tour, President Weah commended Representative Jones for the initiative.

The President, at the same time, instructed Finance Minister, Samuel Tweah, to make available forty five thousand United States Dollars to fund the completion of the project.
