Liberia’s Two Coronavirus Patients Are Stabled and Doing Fine – Health Minister Jallah

MONROVIA, LIBERIA –Minister of Health, Dr. Wilhelnina Jallah says the two confirmed Coronavirus patients in Liberia are stable and doing fine in their isolation at the 14th Military Hospital despite being positive of the virus.

Minister Jallah in an ELBC interview Wednesday, March 18, 2020 said: “Beside the two positive cases, no new case has being reported. At the same time, tests have being conducted on 17 of the 23 persons considered as high risk to the virus, and that those results are expected to be released soon”.

Dr. Jallah has also refuted social media report that she has declared Dr. Nathaniel Blama negative and has issued him a certificate to that effect. “At no time did I or other health authorities announce Dr. Blama negative”. The Minister of Health said.
