Section of 14th Military Hospital to be dedicated on Armed Forces Day

MONROVIA, LIBERIA (Daniel Ankrah Reports) – The Liberian Government says is expected to dedicate a section of the 14th Military Hospital on celebration of Armed Forces Day on February 11, this year.

The Chief of Staff of the AFL Major General Prince C. Johnson said about ninety two percent of the project has been completed.

Speaking with ELBC Thursday, Major General Johnson disclosed that the Outpatient Department is the section of the Hospital that will be dedicated on Armed Forces Day this year.

Meanwhile, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of Liberia, Brigadier General, Geraldine George, said some of the key challenges the AFL are inadequate funding for logistics and accommodation for soldiers of the army.

She also pointed out there is general challenge of power generation at the EBK Barracks and other Military Facilities across the country.
