Liberia Immigration Service Warns against Unauthorized Document Processing

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Liberia Immigration Service (LIS) is warning the public against unauthorized processing of immigration documents.

The LIS wants those seeking to obtain, renew, or process immigration documents to engage only authorized service providers, where applicable.

In a release on Wednesday, the LIS cautioned the public against entrusting their immigration matters to individuals who operate outside the legally prescribed framework.

It said all immigration applications and supporting documents must be submitted and processed strictly through the official procedures established by the LIS and applicable laws of Liberia.

The Liberia Immigration Service reaffirmed its commitment to promoting transparency, accountability, professionalism, and the integrity of Liberia’s immigration system.
