MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Liberia Broadcasting System Director General, Eugene Fahngon, is urging journalists at the State Broadcaster to take advantage of new skills as they undergo a two-day intensive training in Paynesville.
The training is designed to strengthen on-air delivery, ethical reporting, and modern production techniques across radio and television.
Speaking at the opening session on Monday, DG Fahngon told reporters to see the exercise as an investment in professionalism and public trust.
According to him, credible journalism remains LBS’ core mandate, noting that constant learning is critical to meeting the demands of a fast-changing media environment.
Reporters are being taken through practical topics on voice control, script writing, interview techniques, talk-show hosting, and other key areas of broadcast Journalism.
