Ruling Unity Party Chairman Urges Cabinet Reshuffle to Enhance Efficiency ….

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Chairman of the ruling Unity Party, Rev. Dr Luther Tarpeh, is calling for an immediate reshuffle in the government.

Rev. Tarpeh said a reshuffle would inject fresh ideas and enhance efficiency and service delivery across public institutions.

According to him, while some officials are performing, others are falling short of expectations, thus creating a negative public perception of the government’s overall performance.

Speaking on the Super Morning Show, Monday, Rev. Tarpeh noted that there are many qualified and competent members of the Unity Party who are yet to be allowed to serve.

He urged President Joseph Boakai not to delay the process, as the time is ripe to strengthen government performance through strategic reshuffles.

The UP Chairman described reshuffling as a sound governance practice that promotes accountability, efficiency, and productivity among public officials.

At the same time, the Chairman of the ruling Unity Party, Rev. Luther Tarpeh, has assured citizens that the government is making deliberate efforts to create jobs and improve economic opportunities for all.

Rev. Tarpeh said President Joseph Boakai is taking intentional steps to attract investment and stimulate the expansion of the private sector as part of efforts to address unemployment.

According to him, the government has already developed a strategy that places strong emphasis on job creation and youth empowerment through skills development and economic inclusion.

The Unity Party Chairman acknowledged that the government cannot directly employ every citizen, but efforts are being made to transform the economy and create an enabling environment for employment and growth.

He called on disenchanted partisans to remain hopeful and supportive, as the government is committed to fulfilling its promises and improving the lives of Liberians.

Rev. Tarpeh maintained that the administration is fully prepared to deliver on its development agenda and move the country forward.
