Liberia Special Economic Zones Authority Engages in Michigan-Liberia Trade Forum

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Liberia Special Economic Zones Authority (LSEZA) today participated in the Michigan–Liberia Trade Forum held at the Cecil Dennis Auditorium, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the forum seeks to connect companies, institutions, investors, and public sector leaders with Liberia’s priority sectors to promote trade, investment, and economic cooperation.

Held under the theme “Advancing Trade, Investment and Strategic Partnerships,” the forum provided a platform for meaningful engagement on investment opportunities and collaborative partnerships that support Liberia’s economic growth and development agenda.

Representing LSEZA, Atty. Ebenezer Wilson, Director of Legal Affairs, delivered a presentation on the Liberia Special Economic Zones programs.

He highlighted the Authority’s mandate, investment opportunities within Special Economic Zones, and the critical role SEZs play in attracting investment, promoting industrialization, creating jobs, and enhancing Liberia’s competitiveness as an investment destination.

He was accompanied by William Kawalawu, Senior Coordinator for the Public Sector Investment Project, and Daniel Ankrah, Corporate Communications Manager. #LSEZA #Liberia #Trade #Investment #SpecialEconomicZones #EconomicGrowth
