Fmr. Pres. Weah Stresses Edu. as Indispensable Foundation for Nation Building

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Former President George Weah has underscored education as the indispensable foundation for sustainable national development.

Former President Weah said,” No nation can achieve lasting progress without a deliberate investment in learning and human capital”.

The statement was delivered recently on his behalf by former Foreign Minister and Chief Special Envoy to former President Weah, Dee Maxwell Kemayah, at the dedication of the Noble Path International Academy in Margibi County.

Ambassador Kemayah emphasized that education empowers citizens, fosters civic responsibility, and drives economic transformation.

The former minister called on policymakers, development partners, and communities to prioritize equitable access to quality education at all levels, from early childhood to technical and higher learning.
