Ministry of Education Launches New Digitized Monitoring, Evaluation System

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Ministry of Education (MOE) has launched a new digitized monitoring and evaluation system.

Education Minister, Dr. Jarso Jallah, says the new system will allow the ministry to collect real-time data from schools, helping officials track classroom activities, teacher attendance, and overall school performance.

According to the Minister, the platform will monitor public, private, faith-based, and community schools across the country.

She said the project is funded under the Public Sector Investment Program and represents the first time Liberia’s education sector will use real-time digital monitoring.

Meanwhile, the first phase of the rollout will begin in six counties, including Montserrado, Rivercess, Sinoe, Bomi, and Gbapolu, with additional counties expected to be added later.
