MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Liberia Broadcasting System (LBS) has a new Deputy Director General for Administration.
She is Kadiatu Konteh-Brohiri, who previously served as Deputy Minister for Culture and Tourism at the Ministry of Information.
Her appointment by President Joseph Boakai follows the resignation of Thomas Guwor as Deputy Director General for Administration at the State Broadcaster.
An Executive Mansion release said the appointment is part of President Boakai’s broader vision of reinforcing institutional functions and engendering desired outcomes to spur national advancement.
According to the release, President Boakai also nominated Cllr. Kanio Bai Gbala, as a member of the Grand Gedeh University Board of Trustees, represents the Grand Gedeh Bar Association.
The Liberian Leader also appointed Cllr. Augustine Toe as Deputy Minister for Codification at the Ministry of Justice.
