Cargo Ship Moving 1st Batch of Yellow Machines to Liberia Sets to Leave China…

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The cargo ship bringing the first consignment of the two hundred eighty-five pieces of yellow machines to Liberia is expected to depart China on Thursday, January 15, 2026.

According to the Government of Liberia, the cargo ship will depart from China via the Lianyungang Port in Jiangsu Province and take approximately forty-five to fifty days to arrive at the Freeport of Monrovia.

The first shipment includes nineteen each of bulldozers, excavators, low-bed, fuel tankers, water tanks, service trucks, and twenty utility pickups.

A video footage seen by ELBC shows that each of the equipment is marked with the flags of each of Liberia’s fifteen counties, indicating their place of operations.

The Deputy Minister of Public Works for Technical Services, Prince Tamba, said,” Uploading of the machines started on Friday, January 9, 2026, at three major ports.
