Edu. Ministry Launches County Education Operation Plans…

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Ministry of Education has launched County Education Operation Plans (CEOPs) to improve access, quality, and management of education nationwide.

The launch recently took place in Ganta, Nimba County, with remarks delivered on behalf of Education Minister Dr. Jarso Malay Jallah by Deputy Minister for Planning, Research and Development Thomas Parker.

The Deputy Minister said,” CEOPs operationalize the Education Sector Plan (ESP) at the county level, aligning with the ARREST Agenda and Human Capital Development goals”.

She stressed that while national policies provide direction, real transformation happens in counties, districts, and schools.

She outlined CEOP objectives: expand access, enhance quality, and strengthen management, while empowering county teams to design community-owned solutions.
