Alleged Juveniles Traffickers Sent to Monrovia Central Prison

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Two Liberians who have allegedly trafficked three juveniles have been sent to the Monrovia Central Prison by the Monrovia City Court.

Defendants Kaddie Kaba and Victor Sumo were arrested based on a complaint filed by Sianeh Wesseh, a resident of Marshall City.

Kaddie is said to have received ten USD for each of the three victims who were recruited from Gokpeleh Town in Bong County.

They were transported, transferred, and harbored by the defendant in 2023.

The kids were allegedly forced to wash the clothes of the perpetrators and their relatives, and exposed to extreme hard labor, according to police records.

Police traced defendant Kaddie, who admitted and linked Victor as one of the accomplices to the crimes.
