MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Director General of the Liberia Standard Authority (LSA) has vowed to ensure that commodities and services on the local market meet national and international standards.

He said:” There are three operational laboratories at the LSA, including the Metrological, Food Chemistry Labs, and a laboratory that controls food microbiology.”

Mr.Kansuah disclosed that the laboratories will be increased to nineteen to ensure that goods and services benefit the Liberian people.

The Director General of the Liberia Standard Authority spoke to a team of reporters on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, following a guarded tour of the facility located at the Ministry of Public Works in Central Monrovia.
