MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Margibi County Senator Nathaniel McGill has welcomed the allocation of six hundred thousand US Dollars in the National Budget for the reconstruction of the C.H. Rennie Hospital in Kakata, Margibi County.

Senator McGill had written Senate Pro-temp of the Liberian Senate, Nyonblee Karngar-Lawrence, for an initial amount of one million US Dollars to be allotted in the National Budget to jump-start the reconstruction of the hospital.

In an ELBC Super Morning Show interview on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, the Margibi Senator said:” The money is the beginning of more allotments in the National Budget for the hospital.”

Meanwhile, he has thanked the Senate’s Leadership and the Margibi County Legislative Caucus members for ensuring that C.H. Rennie Hospital gets budgetary allotment.

Senator Nathaniel McGill then urged the Ministry of Health and local authorities in Margibi County to work closely with the contractors to complete the project in the next one to two years.
