Vulnerable women graduate from weaving program in Lofa County

LOFA COUNTY, LIBERIA-About thirty vulnerable women in Lofa County have graduated from seven month weaving program in the County.

The training was organized by the Foundation for Women, a Local Women group in the County.

According to ELBC Correspondent, the women group previously graduated several women in other disciplines, including soap making and tie and dye.

The Head of Foundation for Women, Haja Trawally, said:” The aim of the organization is to empower vulnerable women with life-changing opportunities.”

 Meanwhile, the graduates commended the organization for impacting them with skill training and promised to use the knowledge acquired wisely.
