Private Sector Partnership is recipe for Sustainable Development-Mr. Schroeder

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The German International Corporation Project Director has described Private Sector partnership as a recipe for sustainable development, in any Country.

Mr. Matthias Schroeder said:” With the capacity challenge of Liberian construction companies; partnership with other international organizations is crucial to the successful implementation of development projects.”

His comment comes in the wake of GIZ partnership with Liberian Construction Contractors to construct a vocational training center in Bensonville.

Speaking over the weekend in Paynesville, during the Association’s General Assembly, Mr. Schroeder underscored asset maintenance as key to sustainability of any company, thus urging the ALCC to formulate maintenance plans for the projects.

The GIZ Project Director then lauded the ALCC and the Liberian Government for the collaboration to implement capacity development projects in the Country’s Transport and TVET Sectors.
