MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Foreign Minister Dee-Maxwell Kemayah is calling for a mutual cooperation between the French Parliament and the Liberian Legislature.

Minister Kemayah said such cooperation will strengthen the bilateral ties subsisting between both countries.

Speaking during a meeting with a member of the French Parliament Thursday, November 18,2021, in Monrovia , Minister Kemayah said:” The visit of El  Guerrab could kick start a working relationship between the two parliaments, given the diversity and strength of the relationship, Liberia and France will continue to engage and explore wide range of areas for increased coorporation.”

For his part, the French Parliamentarian, expressed delight over his visit and praised Liberia’s commitment to the democratic process, in the conduct of elections and upholding the rule of law.

Speaking through an interpreter, the French MP said:” Liberia is among countries in Africa that are of priority in the French Government‘s Development Framework
