President Weah Expresses Sadness over Death of Nigerian Evangelist TB Joshua

MONROVIA, LIBERIA – President George Weah has expressed deep sadness at the news of the unfortunate death of Nigerian Evangelist and Philanthropist, TB Joshua.

The President hailed the impact the top Clergyman has had on so many lives, including his, before news of the Prophet’s untimely death on Saturday, at the age of 57.

The Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) – which TB Joshua founded – requested a period of privacy as they mourn the church’s leader.

The reason for Joshua’s apparent sudden demise has not been made immediately available.

President Weah had come to value the spiritual guidance of the TB Joshua ever since the 2017 visit and worship service he had with Synagogue’s congregation.

At the time, TB Joshua called President Weah his “brother”, who had wanted God’s choice for his country.

The President has since conveyed his condolences to TB Joshua’s family, the Nigerian people, the church, and all those around the world impacted by his loss.
