Prez. Weah identifies with Muslims during Ramadan in Grand Gedeh County

MONROVIA, LIBERIA – President George Weah has identified with the Muslim Community in Grand Gedeh County as they prepare to end the holy month of Ramadan.

President Weah donated several bags of rice and fifty thousand Liberian dollars to Muslims in Grand Gedeh.

Grand Gedeh County Superintendent Kai Farley on behalf of President Weah said the gesture is the President’s way of identifying with Muslims as they end a month of fasting and praying for the nation.

Receiving the items, the Chairman of the United Muslim Council, Imam, Amara Konneh thanked the Liberian Leader for his enormous contribution rendered Muslims over the years.
