Angry youth storms Jackson F. Doe Hospital in demand of administrator

NIMBA, LIBERIA – Reports from Nimba County say angry youth have stormed the premises of the Jackson F. Doe Hospital in Tappita.

ELBC Lower Nimba County Correspondent said the youth’s action is in demand of the removal of the Hospital’s Administrator, Abraham Jusu.

Our Correspondent also quotes the youth as saying, since Mr. Jusu took over the administration of the hospital, basic medical services to patients at the Hospital have declined.

Our correspondent said all efforts to contact Mr. Jusu proved futile, but the City Mayor of Tappita District, Sarah Mendoabor, promised to intervene in the situation.

Madam Mendoabor is, however, calling on the youth to remain calm as the authority is looking into the matter.
