Partnership is key-Gwendolyn Myers

MONROVIA, LIBGERIA-The Guest Speaker at the Mano River Network (MARIONET) Summit wants Liberian youth partner with their sub-regional counterparts, to realize their dream.

Miss. Gwendolyn Myers said:” Such collaboration is necessary, because the sub-region youth shear similar challenges and will overcome huddles that require knowledge sharing.”

Speaking on Thursday, April 1, 2021, on the theme,” Enhancing Effective Youth Participation for Cross Border Collaboration”, at the MARIONET-Liberia Summit in Monrovia, Miss. Myers emphasized the need for youth to speak out on issues affecting their colleagues across the sub-regional borders.

She said:” This can be done through networking and information sharing on happenings across the borders of the region, by listening to news and reading widely about their counterparts.”
