Man 42, commits suicide in Kolahun District, Lofa County

KOLAHUN, LOFA COUNTY- A man 42-year-old man, Vincent Koiyon, has reportedly committed suicide in Kolahun District, Lofa County.

The incident occurred on March 15,2021, in Nyende-bolahun Town, where the deceased body was discovered hanging.

Police said Koiyon used his sneakers strains to hang himself on a mango tree. He has since been buried.

In a related development, a seventeen-year-old student of the Hilipo Elementary Public School in Kolahun District has died after falling from a palm tree.

Momo Musa, after cutting the palm in an attempt to send it down slipped off and fell.

Musa was pronounced dead by doctors at the Kolahun hospital following attempts to revive him.
