Liberia makes progress in containing COVID-19

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Health Minister Dr. Whilemina Jallah says Liberia is making significant progress to contain the Coronavirus.

Dr. Jallah disclosed that currently there is no COVID-19 patient in any treatment unit in the Country.

Speaking in an ELBC interview on Monday, December 28, 2020, the Health Minister put the number of recoveries to one-thousand-four-hundred-seventy.

Dr. Jallah said:” With the information coming from the international cycle, it is important that Liberia follow the health protocols instituted by health authorities.”

Meanwhile, Minister Jallah is appealing to all Liberians to take their health seriously.
