Liberian Journalist shot to death in Bong County

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Liberian National Police (LNP) has confirmed the death of a Liberian Journalist in Bong County.

Police Spokesman Moses Kollie told ELBC Monday, November 2, 2020, that Journalists Chris Davies of the Catholic-run Paraclete Radio died from bullet wound.

The Police Spokesman, however, said:” An investigation into the incident is underway into the County, to bring the perpetrators to justice.”

Meanwhile, the Press Union of Liberia has condemned the killing of Journalist Davies and wants speedy investigation into the killing.

The PUL President described the killing of the Journalist as horrible and unacceptable.
