Pres. Weah appoints additional officials of Gov’t

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Executive Mansion has announced additional appointments to enhance efficiency and productivity in Government.

According to an Executive Mansion release issued Tuesday, October 6, 2020, President George Weah has nominated Cllr. Charles Gibson as Labor Minister Designate, replacing Moses Kollie who now becomes Director General Designate of the Liberia Civil Aviation Authority.

Others nominated by the President are George Wolo, Deputy Minister of Commerce, Thomas Goba, Deputy Commerce Minister for Industry and Zoe Mensah, Assistant Labor Minister for Trade Union Affairs.

According to the release, the nominations are subject to confirmation hearing by the Liberian Senate, where applicable.
