Deputy House Speaker, Calls for Execution of Projects Earmarked in 2020/2021 Fiscal Budget

MONROVIA, LIBERIA – Deputy House Speaker, Prince Moye, is recommending the full execution of projects earmarked in the 2020/2021 fiscal budget to avoid budget shortfall.

Representative Moye wants the Executive to ensure all expenditures are considered in line with the budget law.

Speaking to ELBC Wednesday, August 19, 2020 Representative Moye said off budget spending could negatively the implementation of projects already earmarked.

According to him, Heads of line Miniseries and agencies are being made to commit to the execution of various items projected in the budget during the ongoing Public Hearings.

The Deputy Speaker also said the Bong County Legislative Caucus will ensure reforms at several public institutions in the County.
