Liberia Ambassador to Egypt, Edwin Sele, Is Dead

MONROVIA, LIBERIA – Liberian Ambassador to Egypt, Edwin Sele, is dead. Ambassador Sele died on Tuesday in the Egyptian capital, Cairo.

According to a Foreign Ministry release, the late Ambassador Sele was an astute statesman who served with commitment and distinction.

The release is also quoted as saying Ambassador Sele served as Ambassador to the Kingdom of Morocco before his appointment to Egypt.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has extended its deepest condolences to the bereaved family for the irreparable loss.
