AFL Officer Graduates With High Marks From US Army Command and General Staff College

Monrovia – Liberia, A Liberian Military Officer has received praises and commendations from Defense Authorities and the Armed Forces of Liberia Command for his achievements in the United States.

In a statement issued Tuesday, the Ministry of National Defense and the AFL Command congratulated Maj. Nathaniel K. Waka for his high academic achievements from the US Army Command and General Staff College (USCGSC) in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.

Maj. Waka graduated from the USCGSC recently with a Degree of Military Master of Art and Science (MMAS) and a Diploma in Military Operational Studies (MOS).

Maj. Waka is also a candidate for Master of Art (MA) in International Relations and Master of Science (MSc) in Forensic Investigation (Criminal Justice Science) at Webster University Fort Leavenworth, USA.

In a brief statement, Maj. Nathaniel Waka said “It is a privilege to be a good soldier with discipline, self-respect, and pride of his country. When you embark on a journey and look down, move ahead. When you move ahead, aim higher and exceed the standard,”.
