Foreign Ministry Condemns Alleged Resignation of Gbehzohngar Findley

MONROVIA, LIBERIA – The Foreign Ministry has condemned a Facebook publication, alleging that Foreign Minister, Gbehzohngar Findley, has resigned.

A release quotes the Foreign Ministry as describing the publication as a complete trash and a total misrepresentation of the Ministry.

The release also clarified that Minister Findley has not resigned as Minister of Foreign Affairs, neither has he held any discussion with the media about intent to resign.

The Ministry is at the same time urging individuals involved with spreading falsehood to refrain and join efforts with the Government in combating the deadly Coronavirus.

Meanwhile, the Foreign Ministry has disclosed that the Foreign is currently working along with his diplomatic counterparts and has secured a massive consignment of medical supplies from the Center for Disease Control Africa following a request by the Ministry to the Foundation of Institute Pasteur in Dakar, Senegal.
