MONROVIA, LIBERIA – The Liberian President, George Weah has approved a little over US$14Million to be appropriated to the 2019/2020 National Budget.

It followed by the signing of the recast budget by President Weah early Monday, March 23, 2020.

The disclosure was made Tuesday, March 24, 2020 by the Presidential Press Secretary, Solo Kelgbeh, during the Executive Mansion’s weekly Press briefing.

Mr. Kelgbeh said initially, the budget had an appropriation of over US$59Million.

According to him, the approval of the recast budget by the Liberian Leader will now remove potential risks to meet the demands of each projection.
