BUCHANA,GRAND BASSA COUNTY (Jarp Davies)-The Liberia National Police has arrested one person in connection with the murder of a German national, Juergen Schedema, in Buchanan, Grand Bassa County.

Emmanuel Kollie, 38, was arrested Monday, January 27, 2020, in Gbarnga, Bong County and is currently undergoing investigation in Grand Bassa County.

The suspect has reportedly admitted to his involvement into the killing of the German National.

Our Grand Bassa County correspondent, quotes sources as saying that the man was arrested in possession of eight mobile phones and a single barrel rounds.

The suspect is among eight suspected armed robbers accused of shooting Mr. Schedema to death in an armed robbery incident during the early morning hours of Wednesday, January 22, 2020.
