MOMROVIA, LIBERIA (Wholquoi Yeahgar)-A one- day Media Security Dialogue organized by the Liberia National Law Enforcement Association, has ended in Monrovia.

In a related development, the President of the Legislative Press Pool- LEGISPOOL, Wholquoi Yeahgar, wants the media uphold the ethics of the Journalism Profession.

Mr. Yeahgar said:” It is essential to examine journalists’ coverage of the Legislature, providing context and analysis on their work.”

According to him, parliamentary reporting across the world requires sufficient background knowledge to do factual reporting on their proceedings.

He said legislative bodies globally have set rules and must be respected by the media.

The LEGISPOOL President also urged his media colleagues to refrain from partisan reportage in the performance of their professional duties.
