President praises Liberians for patriotism, patience and support…

MONROVIA, LIBERIA (Steven Dorbor/Zoquay Beysolow-Konneh)-President George Weah has lauded Liberians for exhibiting patriotism, patience and cooperation during two years of governance under his administration.

According to an Executive Mansion release issued Wednesday,Januuary 22,2020, President Weah said Liberians continue to stimulate hope in one another, believing that better days are ahead despite the daunting tasks ahead.

The release said the Weah Administration remains resolute in fulfilling the promises made and urged Liberians to continue to pray for the Nation with patience and support to Government.

The release said the Liberian Leader the Government, under his stewardship, will strive for a prosperous Country.

The release also quotes President Weah as urging Liberians to be on course with courage and great deal of patriotism as together the Nation is headed towards an upward flight.

Meanwhile, several Liberians have commended President George Weah on the occasion marking the 2nd Anniversary of his Administration.

January 22, 2020 is exactly two years since President Weah was inaugurated into office as President of the Republic of Liberia.

He won the Presidential Election on 26 December 2017 with 61.5 percent of the vote defeating former Vice President Joseph Boakai in the Run-off election.

Speaking in an interview with ELBC Wednesday, January 22, 2020, a cross-section of Liberians praised the Government of President of Liberia under the leadership of President Weah for the ongoing development projects taking place in the Country.

They named road construction, the payment of 12 graders’ examination fees and provision of free education at the University of Liberia and other public colleges as milestone achievements of President Weah.
