Lofa County Gets Share of Earth-Moving Equipment

LOFA COUNTY, LIBERIA-Lofa County, like other counties across Liberia, received its share of the 30 pieces of earth-moving equipment distributed as part of the government’s ongoing development efforts.

Speaking in an interview with journalists over the weekend, the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Thomas Fallah, lauded President Joseph Boakai for what he described as the level of development taking place across the country.

Fallah expressed optimism that the equipment would significantly contribute to national development by improving key sectors, including education, health, transportation, and the overall growth of the Liberian economy.

According to the Deputy Speaker, the availability of the equipment is expected to support development initiatives and improve infrastructure across the country.

On the issue of peace and unity, Fallah praised President Boakai for what he described as his ability to lead without holding grudges, contrasting the President’s leadership style with that of other leaders he had interacted with in the past.

He said:” The President’s approach to leadership serves as a good example for others to follow, particularly those entrusted with public responsibilities”.

Fallah further emphasized that as a leader from Lofa County, it is his responsibility to promote and maintain peace and unity among his people.

He stressed the importance of peaceful coexistence and responsible leadership in sustaining stability and creating an enabling environment for development.
