Defense Lawyers Notified Criminal Court ‘C’ Presiding Judge, Ousman Feika…

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Defense lawyers have notified Criminal Court ‘C’ Presiding Judge, Ousman Feika, that they have concluded the production of both oral and documentary evidence in the ongoing trial in the economic sabotage case.

The legal team stated that they have rested their case and are now prepared to move forward with final legal arguments before the trial jurors for conviction or acquittal, consistent with the law.

Defense team’s notice, according to our Judicial Reporter, was granted by Judge Ousman Feika.

Our Judicial Reporter said defense lawyers concluded with three regular witnesses, one subpoena witness, to prove their innocence of all the accounts contained in the indictment.

Before the defense lawyer’s notice, defendant Jefferson Karmoh, former National Security Advisor, accused defendant Nyenati Tuan of lying to him regarding the 6,2 million United States Dollars that they are facing prosecution for at Criminal Court ‘C.’
