GRAND KRU COUNTY, LIBERIA-Police in Grand Kru County are investigating an alleged assault on a 52-year -old man in Wilsonville, Grand Kru County.
The victim, Sunday Dorbor, was reported beaten and set ablaze for refusing to beat a drum in a cultural event.
According to our correspondent, the victim sustained serious injury and is undergoing treatment at a local clinic in the county.
Two persons, Moses Doe and Blayon Dioh, have been arrested in connection with the act.
Meanwhile, the two suspects have since admitted to carrying out the attack, while their leader, only identified as Debleh, and others remain at large.
