Police in Lofa County Probe Suspect Eric for Alleged Rape of 75-Year-Old-Woman

LOFA COUNTY, LIBERIA-Police in Lofa County are currently investigating one Joseph Eric for allegedly raping a 75-year-old woman.

According to our correspondent, the incident happened in the Kolahun Region, while the woman and her grandchildren were asleep.

Our correspondent said that following the incident, the women reported the case to the Women and Children Protection Division of the Liberia National Police.

Suspect Joseph Eric has since admitted to the act.

According to our correspondent, suspect Eric is expected to be charged in court by the police after a full review of the medical report.
