Nat’l Transit Authority Takes Delivery of Additional 20 Mini-Buses ‎

MONROVIA, LIBERIAThe National Transit Authority (NTA) has taken delivery of twenty new air-conditioned mini-buses as part of efforts to strengthen the national transportation system.

‎The buses, each with an 18-seater capacity, represent the second batch of vehicles procured under a contractual agreement with ABK Motors Incorporated.

‎‎According to the NTA, the mini-buses will primarily serve communities along feeder roads and improve access to public transportation in areas that have long depended on limited charter services.

‎‎The delivery brings the total number of newly acquired passenger buses to fifty-five, following the earlier deployment of thirty-five, sixty-two-seater mass transit buses that are already in operation.

‎‎Meanwhile, the NTA is also expected to bring into the Country five cargo trucks to boost the movement of goods nationwide.
