Mira Gas Company Regrets Recent Industrial Incident…

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Mira Gas Company says it is deeply saddened by a recent industrial incident that left one person dead and several others injured.

On Monday, an oxygen explosion killed one person and left many others in critical condition at its site in Freeport Community on the Somalia Drive.

In a release, MIRA Gas and Gas said it is deeply troubled and is providing all the necessary support to ensure victims of the explosion are properly taken care of.

It says as a major player in the LPG operations, MIRA Gas will continue to uphold the highest standards of safety and protection of its team members.

The release added that as a company, they will fully cooperate with all relevant regulatory authorities to investigate the cause of the incident.

Meanwhile, MIRA Gas Company said it is heightening its health and safety programs across its different industrial sites.
