Gov. of Liberia Announces First Annual Performance Appraisal Commencement

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Government of Liberia has announced the commencement of the First Annual Performance Appraisal of all public institutions in the country.

The one-month exercise is being spearheaded by the Cabinet Secretariat at the Ministry of State for Presidential Affairs.

According to the Director General of the Cabinet, Nathaniel Kwabo, the move reaffirms the government’s commitment to a result-driven public service.

Mr. Kwabo said,” The exercise also demonstrates President Boakai’s calls for a transparent, accountable, and efficient leadership that reflects the aspirations of the people.”

The Director of the Cabinet made the pronouncement at the MICAT Press Briefing in Monrovia on Tuesday, March 11, 2025.

The Performance Management and Compliance System, which was adopted and subsequently launched last year by the Liberian Government, is aimed at improving public service delivery.
