“Liberian Government is keen to providing opportunities for young people”-Pres. Boakai

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President Joseph Boakai says government remains dedicated to providing young people opportunities that build skills, knowledge and leadership abilities.

President Boakai believes this is achievable by investing in the future of the youthful population through education and other basic vocational skills.

The Liberian Leader made the remarks at the launch of the NEKOTECH Study program in Liberia, Wednesday in Monrovia.

The partnership, signed between the organization and the Foreign Ministry seeks to empower more than two hundred Liberian students to access high-quality STEM education in the United States and Canada.

President Boakai described the partnership as a crucial step to achieving Government’s ARREST Agenda which prioritizes human capacity building through education.
