Harvest SOZO Surgical, Medical and Dental Mission 2024 Provides Free Surgical, Dental Services…

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Nearly two hundred people are receiving free surgical and dental services at the Redemption Hospital in New Kru Town, on Bushrod Island.

The services are being made possible by the Harvest Inter-Continental University Chancellor, Bishop Darlington Johnson.

A Team of United States-based Liberian Medical Doctors are performing the surgeries and other medical services such as hernia, and breast problems, among others.

The Harvest SOZO Surgical, Medical and Dental Mission 2024 clinical is the 4th Edition of the Harvest Inter-Continental Ministries free medical services done in Liberia since 2019.

This year’s Harvest SOZO Surgical, Medical, and Dental Mission began in Sierra Leone where about one hundred people were catered to.

Meanwhile, doctors catering to patients want a vigorous medical awareness carried out across Liberia.

Doctors Gabriel Peal and Alfred Shor said:” The huge turnout for the two-week free surgical program suggests that citizens are not attending to their health problems due to the lack of money.”

In an ELBC interview on Thursday, March 28, 2024, the two doctors praised the Harvest Inter-Continental Ministries for the medical intervention.

They added that many of the people who turned out for treatment are often diagnosed with a variety of sicknesses other than surgical and dental issues.

Doctors Pearl and Shor expressed delight in coming back home to provide services for their fellow citizens and hailed President Joseph Boakai for the level of commitment shown to improve the Health Sector of Liberia.
