MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President George Weah has declared today Wednesday, November 29 as the 128th Birth Anniversary of President William V.S. Tubman, to be observed as a National Holiday across Liberia.

The Proclamation ordered all ministries and agencies of Government, businesses houses and marketplaces to be closed on that day from six O’clock ante meridian to six O’clock post meridian.
