RIVERCESS COUNTY, LIBERIA-A resident of Charles Dahn-gbor Town in Timbo District, Rivercess County, has been stabbed to death by one Simeon Wessh.

Mr. Elijah Joe, according to report, was stabbed on Friday evening, November 25, 2022, with a knife, while intervening in a scuffle that ensued between two of his sons and Simeon Wesseh on the other hand.

The Township Commissioner of the area, Nathaniel Zoklah, told ELBC on Saturday, November 26, 2022, that Simeon Wesseh has constantly accused one of Mr. Joe’s two sons of having extra-relationship with his girlfriend only identified as Marian.

Mr. Zoklah said after the incident, Simeon Wesseh has been on the run, and that residents of the area have launched a massive hunt for him.

He said Simeon Wesseh is a resident of a town around Compound Three in Grand Bassa County.

Meanwhile, Mr. Zoklah said the body of Elijah Joe has been turned over to his family by police in the County.
