Maritime Commissioner urges young people to remain focused

MONROVIA, LIBERIA- Maritime Commissioner Eugene Nagbe is urging young people to remain focused and determined in pursue of their career goals.

 Commissioner Nagbe made the call when he served as the 8th Commencement speaker of the William V.S. Tubman University in Harper, Maryland County.

Commissioner Nagbe told the graduates to put their degrees into practical and contribute their quota to the development of the Country.

According to our Maryland County Correspondent, over two hundred graduates from the Tubman University obtained degrees in various disciplines at the weekend.

Meanwhile, the President of the Tubman University Dr. Elliot Wilson said the University is currently faced with series of challenges and disclosed plans to launch a fund raiser for the University.
