Criminal Court ‘D’ sentences four notorious armed robbers to Prison

MONROVIA, LIBERIA – Criminal Court ‘D’ has sentenced four notorious armed robbers for separate years at the Monrovia Central Prison.

Those sentenced include Kessellie Mulbah, alis Kezo, Alfred David alias Alaba, William Smith, and Noah Karpo.

Convict Mulbah has been sentenced to four years, William Smith, 15-year, while co-defendants, Alfred David, and Noah Karpo, have been sentenced to 10 years.

Judge Nelson Tokpa and ordered the four defendants to pay the fines of US28, 000. as double the value of the items stolen from their victims.

Judge Tokpa said the convicts should pay the money at the rate of US 50 Dollars per month until the total amount is paid in equal proportion among four convicts.

Defendants Kessellie Mulbah, William William Smith, Alfred David, and others were indicted by the Government in 2020, after attacking one Patrick Coleman in the ELWA Community with single barrel guns, and other deadly weapons, making away with valuable items.
