Pres. Weah to grace Inaugural Ceremony of Guinean President-elect

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President George Weah is expected to grace the inaugural ceremony of the President-Elect of Guinea, Alpha Conde.

President Conde was re-elected as President of Guinea recently in a Presidential Election.

The disclosure was made by Deputy Presidential Press Secretary, Smith Toby, in an ELBC interview Friday, December 11, 2020.

However, Mr. Toby said:” The Office of the Chief of Protocol has not reached an official date for the President’s departure.”

Mr. Toby told ELBC that on the sideline of the inaugural program, the Liberian Leader is expected to hold talks with other regional leaders on trade and regional peace.

Meanwhile, President Weah is also expected to attend the inaugural ceremony of President Alassane Qattara of Ivory Coast, shortly.
